Limit 1 - Meringue powder is a MUST to make sugar & icing hard. 8 oz is approximately 2 cups, or 4 portions of 1/2 cup. It takes 1/2 cup for a ten pound batch of sugar skull mix, or 1 batch of Royal Icing.
Please read directions on our website for yield charts. Meringue powder will save til next year if you have extra. Just keep it tightly closed.
Some of our meringue powder is expired so it should only be used for decorating sugar skulls and not for human consumption.
