Custom Mexican Oilcloth Tablecloths

Do you have an odd size or extra large table in need of a gorgeous oilcloth tablecloth?  Do you want to serve Taco Tuesday on a table that seats 12?  Or how about a classic red check cloth for a big spaghetti dinner?  Around here, dinners in the vineyards are served on very long oilcloth covered tables… and we sit on bales of hay while sipping zinfandel & eating crab crepes.  

We sell lots of custom tablecloths for weddings because you can add a lot of color & pizzaz for the cost of a tablecloth!  The Jumbo round tablecloths have found their way to cruise ships, Chinese restaurants, BBQ competitions, farmer’s market tables and even some zoos!  Mexican restaurants like the fact that they are so durable and last for years, handle the hot plates and can easily be sprayed with 409 to sanitize. Do not machine wash. These are bacteria and fire resistant. 

Design your own tablecloth – 

1. Measure the actual size of your tabletop and email it to us
2. What oilcloth design do you want?  Best pick 2 in case one isn’t available. Look at our “Oilcloth By The Foot” page to see lots of fabric designs.  There are a few that are not available for custom orders. 
3. Decide on the trim color you would like.  This is a poly-cotton trim that comes in dozens of colors. Many choose a color of the background and others want a bright, contrasting color to pick up other colors in the area.  
4. Note: Because of pattern size and design variations, some tablecloths may not match exactly at the seams.  Every effort is made to match the pattern at the flat, French center seam.  However, the largest patterns, like Frida, the pattern will not match. No one has ever complained about this because all tablecloths look great and are of excellent quality.  
5. How much overhang do you want?  (8” is typical for a table that you use for dining – But we can add up to 12 inches if it’s just a decorative table)

1. Email us all your information, shipping & billing address, phone and email address. We will respond with a Quote for your consideration
2.  Once we have both agreed on your project, call us with your credit card information. We will send you a copy of your Final Custom Order via email. When shipped, you’ll receive a tracking to your email address.  
3. Custom oilcloth tablecloths are very difficult to make because the fabric is so dense & difficult to sew. They consume a lot of oilcloth.  We can make tablecloths in virtually any size – please contact us for details.  

Most orders take approximately 3 weeks from payment to delivery. Oilcloth is very heavy and your custom cloth is shipped from the seamstress in Southern CA to us in Santa Rosa. After we inspect the tablecloth, we ship it on to you.  So, the shipping charge is calculated per order, but most small or medium orders cost an additional $32.  Larger cloths or multiple orders are slightly higher.  We are happy to use your UPS account number.

Umbrella holes are possible; placed in the middle of the tablecloth. Add $20.  You will need to lift your umbrella and insert it into the hole. We cannot add zippers or ties to the top of the tablecloth.
