Terms

• If you don’t like an item, you can ship it back to us within a week for merchandise credit back to your credit card.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express on our shopping cart.
  Discover and bank debit cards are accepted in our office. Call us for details.

• For critical delivery dates, call us. We offer UPS expedited 1 day, 2 day and 3 day service at additional charge. Expedited shipping may be chosen from the shopping cart. Overnight "Saver" rates are quoted but early morning delivery can be requested by phone at additional charge.

• International orders are accepted, except in the month of October. They need to be emailed or called into our office as our shopping card cannot process international credit cards. Our office can.

• APO and International orders can be shipped US Postal service, except in October, but will be charged $10 + actual post charge.

Ordering from us

There are several ways you can order from us: Shopping cart, Fax, School PO, Phone our office and mail-in order form.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses
• Your credit card statement will show the charge from Reign Trading.
• Shopping cart orders will receive a confirming e-mail notice of your order. (You may also print out a copy from the browser.)

Return policy

• If you don’t like an item, you can ship it back to us within a week for "merchandise credit only" back to your credit card. We cannot refund shipping charges.
• Credit will be given only if the merchandise is received in "original condition". Make sure to insure your package and that it's well packed.
• Please send a copy of your original invoice which you will find inside your box, in order to identify who should receive the credit.
• Cut pieces of oilcloth are not returnable.
• Full rolls of oilcloth are not returnable.
• Sugar skull blanks or edible food items (like meringue powder) are not returnable.

Order by fax or mail

• Use our printable order form if you prefer not to use our secure online shopping cart.
• Fill out all the blanks along with the quantities of the items you desire. Be sure to note size and/or color if required.
• If using your credit card, include the expiration date and AVS security number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express
• Credit card and check orders may be mailed. Please contact us if you have questions on tax, shipping/handling charges for large orders, or expedited delivery.  Just add a note of your selected fast delivery method and we will charge the handling fee listed above plus the actual UPS fee.  

School purchase orders

• Schools may order with a Purchase Order but we add a $25.00 PO charge. Most schools pay with a credit card and use our provided invoice for reimbursement.

COD

• COD charge adds $10 to your order total.

Online shopping cart orders

• Our shopping cart is safe and secure. It's operated by Wells Fargo Bank and Pro Stores.
• Select your item by clicking on the Item number. This posts the item into the shopping cart.
• Use the "continue shopping" or "back button" to continue shopping.
• View your shopping cart by clicking "View cart" at the top right of any page.
• You can change the quantity or cancel any item in the cart. Make sure to click "update cart" to lock in changes.
• You may clear the cart if you change your mind.
• Review your order and make any changes.
• Proceed to check-out and fill in all appropriate information.
• The password entry permits faster order entry for repeat customers.
• Select shipping speed you desire. We ship from Santa Rosa, CA.
• Credit cards accepted on the online shopping cart are MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
• Discover Card - Yes, we accept it but only on phone/email/fax orders - not on our shopping cart.
• If you want the order shipped to a different address, fill in the "Ship To" fields.

Forget your shopping cart password? Returning customers can retrieve their password as follows:

1. Click on the "Check Out" Button
2. Select "I am a returning customer and would like to use my existing account"
3. Click on the "Click here if you forgot your password" link
4. In the next window, Click on the "Click here if you forgot your password" link again
5. In the next window, fill in first and last name and email address and press the Send button.
6. Your password will be sent to that email address so you can sign in and finish your order.

Want to use a different credit card or update your credit information on the shopping cart?

1. Click on "Check Out" Button
2. Select "I am a returning customer and would like to use my existing account"
3. Fill in your email address and password
   AND
   CHECK THE BOX at the bottom to "Change Billing Information"
4. New or updated credit card can be entered on the next window

Change your Billing Address
The only way to change the Billing Address is to email us with your new billing address. Customers cannot change their Billing Address via the shopping cart once it is entered.

Send your order to a Different Address than the Billing Address
Any order can be shipped to a different address by checking the "This will be shipped to a different address" box while checking into the shopping cart to pay for an order.

• Returning customers may change any credit card information yourself. Please call us if you need assistance to change a mailing address, email address or password.

International orders

• Canada - We can accept Canadian orders by phone, email or fax all year long. They will be shipped with Custom's forms via UPS standard ground service. You must make payment with credit card with our office as our shopping cart cannot accept international credit cards. Read more shipping information details here.

• Other countries - We can ship to other international customers via UPS year round except October. So, order early! You must contact our office for payment with your credit card. We can ship UPS or US Postal Service. Read more shipping information details here.

Gift certificates

MexicanSugarSkull.com gifts certificates are available in any amount. They are hand written in a calendar girl or sugar skull note card and sent to your gift recipient. Let us know if you have a special message to include.
